Meet Margaux

Clients often come to me seeking relief from the cycle of being stuck in survival mode and chronic stress. They express a desire to better understand themselves and examine the patterns that may be unconsciously impacting their sense of self, relationships with others, and work life.

Together we will work to strengthen your capacity for self-inquiry, increase coping skills, and build & maintain a sense of safety. I use various tools to help you increase self-awareness and balance in your life. I place emphasis on a validating environment where you feel heard and safe to explore.

My goal is to offer clients a space to process feelings and concerns and an opportunity to be (gently) challenged in an effort to grow. Clients who seek my support often express a genuine longing to understand themselves on a deeper level and examine the unconscious patterns influencing their self-perception, relationships, and professional life.

I enjoy working with adults and young adults seeking help with anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns.
